How to create a search for your VOW user

This article will explain the process to setup a VOW account for your user.

  • Underneath a VOW account, click on the button "Manage" under Saved Searches.

3 - Click on the button + New Search: 

4 - Create Your Search Criteria:

5 - Save Your Search Settings: 

  • A. Search Name : Give your search a name to reference the criteria. This is helpful for you to remember what search parameters you created. 
  • B. Enable Alerts: This switch fully enables or disables Email Alert notifications for this search. 
  • C. Send To:  This is the primary email to send the alert to. 
  • D. Also Send To: This is an option to select a secondary email to send the alert to.
  • E. Copy Me: Send a copy of email alert notification to my email.
  • F. Domain To Show Listings In: Specify what domain to display search results under. If None is selected, the results will display in a generic list. 
  • G & H. Custom Email Header & Footer : Use a custom email header or footer for these alert notifications. By default, these will assume the VOW email listing settings. 
  • I. Save Search: Once you're all done, click on "Save Search" to finish the process.
