This article will guide you on how to modify your VOW related emails.
Login to myRealPage:

1 - Navigate to "Listings" tab:
- Click on "Listings" to manage your listings.
2 - Click on "Settings" in the left hand sidebar:
3 - Click on "VOW EMAILS" in the left hand column of the Settings window:
4 - Scroll to the selected email you wish to edit, and choose "Custom Text":
Choose between the following emails:
- Signup Confirmation Email: This is the email received by someone who has just signed up for your Virtual Office Website service. This email requests that the person click on a link in the email to confirm that their email is valid or copy and paste a verification code into the verification form as part of the signup process.
- Welcome Email: This is the email received by someone who has verified their email and whose VOW profile has been activated. This email provides your new user with a general welcome text.
- VOW Extended Email: This is the email received by someone who has requested to extend their VOW profile. This email notifies them that their profile has been extended.
- Listing Email Alerts: This email is sent out to notify your VOW users of new and updated listings based on their saved searches. You can modify the header and footer of these emails with your unique message and branding.
5 - Modify the text in the "SUBJECT" and "EMAIL CONTENTS" text fields:
- A. Subject: Change the Subject line of your desired email.
- B. Email Contents: Change the main Email Contents of your desired email (Note: The available placeholders like Name, and further info can be found in the blue box next to the text fields for each specific email)
- C. Revert to Default: Click revert to default in order to revert text back to the system default text.
