View Mail Statistics

Track and analyze the performance of your mailings with detailed statistics.

This guide shows you how to view key mailing statistics like open rates, click-throughs, and more. Understanding these metrics helps you improve your email campaigns and engage your audience better.

Step 1: Access the Previous Mailings Screen and Select Your Mailing:

• A) From the main dashboard, click on "Mailings" across the top. 
• B) Select the mailing that you would like to analyze for clicks, open rates, and more.

Step 2: Understanding Your Analytics:

• A) Info And Stats: Analyze your stats on the main screen here. 
• B) Stats: View Total Sent, Deliver Rate, and Open Rates of your emails. You can see who clicked on your email, alongside with who unsubscribed.
• C) Recipient Report: Click on this to view specifics for each contact record you sent this mailing to. It will notify you if the email was delivered to the specific recipient, how many times they opened or clicked a link in the email.
