This article will help you learn how to setup your Google Analytics and connect it to your website.
Google Analytics provides valuable insights into your website traffic. For instance, it can track the number of daily visitors, the duration of their stay, the most popular pages, and additional information such as whether they arrived via a referral or directly.
Note:
- Google Analytics begins tracking data from the day it is installed on your website, so you won't have access to any prior data. By default, reports are delayed by one day. To view your Google Analytics reports, wait at least 24-48 hours after setting up the tracking code.
- Google Analytics functions only for websites that are live on a full domain name (e.g., yourwebsite.com, not your-name.myrealpagewebsite.com). Therefore, ensure your site is fully launched before setting up Google Analytics.
