View Newsletter Statistics

This guide shows you how to view key newsletter statistics like open rates, click-throughs, and more. Understanding these metrics helps you improve your email campaigns and engage your audience better.

Step 1: Access the Settings & Preferences Screen

From the main dashboard, click on "Newsletters" across the top:

Step 2: Select a newsletter that has already been SENT:

Click on top of the newsletter that has already been sent in order to view the statistics:

Step 3: Understanding Details Of Your Newsletter:

Inside your newsletter statistics, you will see three different options: 

• Info and Stats
• Email Content
• Recipient Report

By default, you will be on Info and Stats, which showcase the following information: 

• A) Total Sent: Percentage of recipients the email newsletter was sent to
• B) Deliver Rate: Percentage of recipients the newsletter was delivered to
• C) Open Rate: Percentage of recipients that opened the newsletter
• D) Click Rate: Percentage of recipients that clicked inside the newsletter to open a link
• E) Unsubscribe Rate: Percentage of recipients that unsubscribed from the newsletter.
• F) Fail rate: Percentage of recipients who failed to receive the newsletter.
