Turning On Or Off The VOW Email Alerts

This article will guide you on how to adjust your VOW email notifications.

1 - Navigate to "Listings" tab:

  • Click on "Listings" to manage your listings.

2 - Click on "Settings" in the left hand sidebar:

3 - Click on "VOW OPTIONS" in the left hand column of the Settings window:

4 - Scroll down to "3) VOW EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS" and adjust your settings:

  • A. COPY ME ON ALL VOW EMAIL ALERTS: When a new VOW email alert is sent to a client, based on their saved search, the system can automatically send you a copy. You can disable here all such copies.
  • A. ENABLE VOW EXPIRY NOTIFICATIONS: Before a VOW profile is going to expire, the system can automatically send you an email. You can also disable here these emails.

5 - Click on "SAVE OPTIONS" to save your changes:
