Resetting myRealPage Password

You can reset your myRealPage password by one of the two methods below: 

Method 1: Visit the forgot password page from your login screen: 

1. Click on the link "Forgot Your Password" on the login screen https://private-office.myrealpage.com/
2. Type in your e-mail address associated with your myRealPage account (the one you used when you originally signed up).
3. Click on "Reset Password". Follow the instructions within your e-mail to complete the process.
4. In case you forgot your e-mail address associated with your account, please contact our support team via support@myrealpage.com

Method 2: Reset your password while you're logged into myRealPage:

1. Click on "Account Settings" located on the left hand sidebar. 
2. Alternatively, click on the icon in the upper right hand corner, and select "My Account" in the drop down.
3. Type in your new password.
4. Confirm your new password by typing it again. 
5. Click on "Change Password" to save your changes.
