How to view the Lead Activity Tracker

This article will guide you on how to access the Lead Activity Tracker for your leads.

Login to myRealPage:

1 - Navigate to "LEADS" tab:

2 - Click on "Lead Activity" in the left hand column:

3 - View your Lead Activity information:

  • A. Date Filter: Set a filter for the timespan of your lead activity.
  • B. Name/Email Filter: Filter out Leads by Name or Email
  • C. Page Views: Pages that your leads have visited (Note: You can also click this to filter out Page Views in the timeline below)
  • D. Form Submissions: Forms that your Leads have submitted (Note: You can also click this to filter out Form Submissions in the timeline below)
  • E. Listing Views: Listings that your Leads have visited (Note: You can also click this to filter out Listing Views in the timeline below)
  • F. Listing Inquiries: Form inquiries from your listing details pages (Note: You can also click this to filter out Listing Inquiries in the timeline below)
  • G. Listing Email Shares: Email shares that your leads have shared for your listings (Note: You can also click this to filter out Listing Email Shares in the timeline below)
  • H. VOW Logins: VOW logins from your Leads (Note: You can also click this to filter out VOW Logins in the timeline below)
  • I. VOW Signups: VOW signups from your Leads (Note: You can also click this to filter out VOW Signups in the timeline below)
  • J. Listings Favorited: Listings favorited by your Leads (Note: You can also click this to filter out Listings Favorited in the timeline below)
  • K. Searches Saved: Searches save by your Leads (Note: You can also click this to filter out Searches Saved in the timeline below)
  • L. Email Alert Viewed: Email alerts viewed from your Leads (Note: You can also click this to filter out Email Alert Viewed in the timeline below)
  • M. Market Insights: Market Insight requests from your Leads (Note: You can also click this to filter out Market Insights in the timeline below)
  • N. Activity Timeline: View a chronological timeline of all Lead Activity, or by whichever filters you currently have selected.
  • O Filter on This Lead: Click on the 'Filter' icon next to the Lead name to filter out all results by the same Lead.
