How to Set Up Personalized VOW Accounts for Your Users

1 - Navigate to "Leads" tab:

• Click on "Leads" to manage your leads.

2 - Click on "New Lead" on the left hand sidebar:

3 - Add new leads contact information:

• A. First Name: Enter leads first name.
• B. Last Name: Enter leads last name.
• C. Email: Enter leads email.
• D. Phone Number: Enter leads phone number.
• E. Save and Continue: Click save and continue once you have added the new leads contact information.

4 - Click on "+ CREATE" under the VOW tab:

5 - Setup a password and other options for the new VOW Profile:

• A. Username: Create username for VOW profile (By default, this will use the leads email)
• B. Password: Set a password to be used for the lead to login to the VOW.
• C. Expires On: Select an expiry date which the profile will expire (By default, this will be set to never)
• D. Enable: This switch fully enables/disables the VOW profile.
• E. Verified: Indicates whether the user confirmed their email indentity by clicking on a provided link sent to their email address. Only enable this manually if you are confident about this action.
• F. Let Expire: Our system will notify you a few days before your VOW users' profiles expire. You can silence these alerts by turning this on.
• G. Favorite Alerts: Enable automatic email notification sent to you when the user adds or modifies their favorites. This setting overrides account-wide default which is currently set to OFF.
• H: Save Profile: Click save profile once you have setup the information to complete setup of the leads new VOW profile.
