How to cancel or delete a secondary website?

This article will guide you on cancelling/deleting a secondary website from your Private Office.

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DELETING A WEBSITE; AS DOING SO CANNOT BE UNDONE!

Cancelling or deleting a secondary website will not cancel your account. After deleting a website, billing will automatically update on the next cycle.

1 - Navigate to "Websites" tab:

  • Click on "Websites" to manage your website.

2 - Click on "Change Website" in the left hand column, or the Website Name at the top of the website section:

3 - Click on the website you wish to delete/cancel:

4 - Click on "MANAGE SITE" in the top right corner:

5 - Click on "DELETE WEBSITE..." from the dropdown list:

6 - Click on "YES, DELETE" in the pop-up prompt:

7 - Click on "YES, DELETE" again in the pop-up prompt to confirm:
