How to view Listing Statistics for All Your Listings in General

1 - Log in to Private Office:

• A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
• B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
• C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
• D. Click Login.

2 - From the Dashboard

• A. Click on the Statistics tab.
• B. Click on  the Listing Stats icon.

Statistics Tab:

• A. My Website - Times one of your listings was viewed on your website
• B. Other Websites - Times your listings were viewed on a website that isn’t yours, e.g. listings can be viewed on your office website or one of Reciprocity or VOW compliant websites if reciprocity / VOW is enabled by board rules
  
  

My Website Details Tab:

• A. My Listings - Number of Listings viewed in My Listings context
• B. My Office Listings - Number of Listings viewed in Office Listings context
• C. Reciprocity - Number of Listings that are viewed from a Reciprocity Search Result
• D. VOW - Number of Listings that are viewed from a VOW Search Result
• E. VOW Email - Number of Listings that are viewed from a VOW account email
• F. General - Number of Listings that are viewed from other sources e.g. from a Mobile Device

Listing Details Tab:

• A.Listing Details - Number of times site visitors have viewed Listing Details
• B. Distinct Visitors - Number of different people who have viewed your listings (as opposed to returning site visitors)
• C. Add to Favorites - Number of times site visitors have added a listing to their favorites
• D. Email to Agent - Number of times site visitors have used the contact channels in your listings to send you an email
• E. Mobile Inquiry Form View - Number of times site visitors have viewed the inquiry form while on a mobile device
• F. Listing Details (Mobile) - Number of times site visitors have viewed Listing Details from a Mobile Device
• G. Print - Number of times site visitors have printed out listing details
• H. View Documents - Number of times site visitors have checked the documents included in the listing details
  
• I. Email to Friend - Number of times site visitors have shared your listings to their contacts via email
• J. Mobile Inquiry Form Submit - Number of times site visitors have sent an inquiry to you via contact forms on your listings while using a mobile device
