How to Manually Create Saved Searches for VOW Users

This article will guide you on creating a predefined search for a specific VOW user.

Login to myRealPage:

1 - Navigate to "Leads" tab:

  • Click on "Leads" to manage your websites.

2 - Click on "Leads" in the left hand column:

3- Click on the lead you wish to make a search for:

4- Click on the Saved Search "MANAGE" button:

5 - Click on the "+ CREATE" button to create a new search:

6 - Setup the desired search criteria:

7 - Once the criteria is setup, click "CONTINUE >" in the bottom right corner:

8 - Customize your search settings:

  • A. Search Name: Create a name for the search
  • B. Enable Alerts: This switch fully enables or disables Email Alert notifications for this search.
  • C. Send To: The primary email to send the alert to.
  • D. Also Send To: A secondary email to send the alert to.
  • E. Copy Me: Send a copy of email alert notification to your email.
  • F. Domain To Show Listings In: Specify what domain to display search results under. If none is selected, the results will display in a generic list.
  • G. Custom Email Header: Use a custom email header for these email alert notifications.
  • H. Custom Email Footer: Use a custom email footer for these email alert notifications.
  • I. Save Search: Finish setting up the search.

9 - The search will now show up under saved searches on the lead, which you can edit in the future:
