How to integrate Mailchimp to web forms

This feature is only available to website accounts. Please make sure that you already have an existing and verified Mailchimp account before proceeding. Otherwise, click here to sign up.

Step 1: Login to your myRealPage Private Office

  1. Go to the login page: https://private-office.myrealpage.com/
  2. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  3. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).

Step 2: Navigate to the page editor

  1. Click the 'Website' tab
  2. Click 'All Web Pages'

Step 3: On the page editor...

  1. Toggle the 'Edit' mode
  2. Click the Edit button for the block that contains the web formKkdMtlv5jNBvXkwol8bOMeod1uepCiGduw-1

Step 4: On the Block editor...

  1. Make sure you're on 'Form' tab
  2. Scroll down then click the 'connect' button on the opposite side of 'Mailchimp'KiVxEgDpXuI1nrcKgHNBBLqfkkV1weySSA

Step 5: On the pop up window, log in to your Mailchimp account

  1. Type in your Mailchimp username
  2. Type in your password
  3. Click the 'Login' buttonlLrKD8t5tglM9YdNtV7lKPbu9v_QbQn3vw

Step 6: Set the permission

  1. Click the 'Allow' button

Step 7: Back to the Block editor...

  1. Scroll down to the 'Field Mappings'
  2. Click the pencil buttons to map the applicable fields from your web form with Mailchimp's available fields
  3. Click 'Apply' button

You may toggle the options from Mailchimp Flags and add your Mailchimp Tags as you see fit.
