How to Enable Marketing Consent for Listing Form Submissions
This article will guide you on how to customize your marketing consent content for listing forms.
Note: Marketing consent text will be added to the bottom of all listing related forms for your listings, see example below:

1 - Navigate to "Listings" tab:
- Click on "Marketing" to manage your website.
2 - Click on "Settings" in the left hand column:
3 - Click on "GENERAL OPTIONS" in the left hand column:
4 - Scroll down to "Section 2: MARKETING CONSENT IN LISTING FORMS":
- A. Marketing Consent: Specify how Marketing Consent field behaves.
- B. Pre-Select Consent: If selected, the system will display the consent checkbox selected by default. PLEASE NOTE: some locations, e.g. Canada regulate that the consent cannot be pre-selected. Please ensure that this option is set in compliance with your local laws and regulations.
- C. Consent Text: Consent to marketing communications.
5 - Click on "VOW OPTIONS" in the left hand column:
6 - Scroll down to "Section 2: SIGNUP PREFERENCES":
- A. Require Marketing Consent: Specify whether all new VOW signups are required to agree to email mailings.
