This article will guide you on adjusting the display settings for sold listings on your website.

1 - Navigate to "Listings" tab:
- Click on "Listings" to manage your listings.
2 - Click on "Settings" in the left hand column:
3 - Click on "SOLD OPTIONS" in the left hand column:
4 - Make the desired changes to the Sold Listing Options:
- A. Sold Listing Display Rules: This setting controls how your sold listings will be displayed. You may choose to restrict or loosen these rules. Please make sure you abide by your MLS® and Real Estate Board polices regarding sold listings.
- B. Display "Sold in X Days" Label: If selected, the system will display a "Sold in X days" label on sold listings. This may be a useful feature if you would like to advertise how quickly your listings are sold.
- C. Enable IDX Sold Listings: This option enables the inclusion of SOLD listings available from your Real Estate Board.
- D. Enable Sold Listings in IDX Search: This option enables the inclusion of SOLD listings in the main IDX search screens.
- E. Enable "Similar Sold" in Listing Details: This option enables the inclusion of sold listings similar to a currently displayed one in details view.
- F. Solds in Map Search (IDX): This Setting controls how by default sold listings are show in Map Search (IDX).
- G. Sold Range in Map Search (IDX): This setting controls the default date range for sold listings shown in Map Search (IDX).
Note: Sold rules may differ by Real Estate Board, so options may be limited depending on your region. Please make sure you abide by your MLS® and Real Estate Board polices regarding sold listings.
