How to cancel my myRealPage account

This article will guide you on cancelling your account through the Private Office.

Login to myRealPage:

1 - Click on "Billing" in the left hand column:

2 - Click on "Cancellation" under OPTIONS in the left hand column:

3 - Confirm Account Cancellation:

Note: Read over the information and check that the email address indicated is one you have access to. If you no longer have access to the email address on file, contact us.

A. Request Immediate Help: Connect with support to help guide you through the process, or if you do not have access to the specified email.
B. Cancel Account: Cancel your account now.
