How to Add the WordPress Shortcode to Your WordPress Website
This article will guide you on how to add the WordPress Shortcodes to your WordPress website.
Login to your WordPress website
- Click here for further information on logging into WordPress
1 - Click "Pages" on the left hand sidebar to add your new plugin to a page:
2 - Hover over the page you wish to edit, and click the "Edit" option:
3 - Select the area to add the plugin, and click the "+" icon:
4 - Select the myRealPage - Shortcode" option:
- Note: You will need to search for this in the search field, once you have used it, it will display in the options going forward.
5 - Click on the "Retrieve myRealPage Shortcode" button:
- A. Shortcode: If you are already logged into the Private Office, you can follow the steps here on how to generate your shortcodes from within the Private Office.
Note: You will need to login to your myRealPage account in the popup window at this point.
6 - Make your desired listing select in the new window:
- A. Setup Listing Parameters: Setup your desired listing(s) parameters, for more information click here.
- B. Generate Shortcode: Once you are ready, click the "Generate shortcode" button at the bottom of the window.
