How to Add a Form to Your Page and Customize the Forms Properties

This article will show you how you can add a new form block and customize it.

1 - Navigate to "Websites" tab:

  • Click on "Websites" to manage your website.

2 - Click on "Pages" on the left hand sidebar:

3 - Click on the page your wish to edit from the list:

4 - Click the edit toggle in the bottom toolbar:

  • A. Add Block: Click the "+" icon in the area you wish to add a new block.

5 - Click on the "Forms" link in the left hand block library window:

6 - Select the block you wish you add, by clicking the "SELECT THIS BLOCK" button:

7 - Click the edit toggle in the bottom toolbar:

  • A. Add Block: Click the pencil icon on the form block you wish to customize.

8 - Edit the box which contains the form:

  • Note: In certain blocks, this step can be skipped if "FORMS" is available in the left hand options (See next step)

9 - Click on "FORMS" in the left hand options:

10 - Make the desired changes to the form:

  • A. Form Title: Customize the form title (Note: This can be hidden on the page, but will be the name of your form submission that you receive when someone fills out your form)
  • B. Form Fields: Add/Remove/Modify form fields, choose between Text, Long Text, Dropdown, Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, Comment, Consent Box, Separator, or Hidden. You can also choose to set selected fields as required before a users can submit the form. (See the next step (10.1) for more information)
  • C. Form Settings: Customize the form's submit button text, select a page the user will get redirected to once the form is submitted if desired. Add a different email aside from the main email in the account settings to receive submissions.  (For team sites) choose whether the form will also get submitted to the featured agent.
  • D. Integrations: Setup integrations with 3rd party providers Mailchimp and Zapier.
  • E. Form Options: Choose how the form layout will be displayed, if the main title will be displayed, and adjust the size/color of the form labels/fields.
  • F. Form Separator Options: Choose how separators will appear in the form if selected.
  • G. Form Button Options: Customize how the main submit button will appear at the bottom of the form.
  • H. Form Visibility: Choose whether or not to hide the form from the block.
  • I. Done: Click "DONE" once you are done with your changes.

10.1 - To make changes with the form fields, click the pencil icon to edit a field:

10.2 - Make desired changes to selected form field:

  • A. Required Field (required): Select whether the field will be required for a user to be able to submit the form.
  • B. Placeholder: Set a placeholder for the field if desired.
  • C. Default field value: Set a default field value for the field if desired.
  • D. Don't allow to modify default value: Select whether a user can modify the field or not.
  • E. Require to be a valid email address: Require the field to have a valid email address before a user can submit the form.
  • F. Column options: Choose whether the field will be one column or two. (Note: will require another field set at 2 column for best results)

11 - Click "APPLY & SAVE" to save your changes on the block to your page:
