How do I turn on sold data / sold listings on my MRP website?

Access to sold listings data is a feature that is slowly being introduced within the Canadian real estate industry. If you would like to know more about the benefits that agents can get from having sold data on their sites, check out these great articles we have on our blog!


Please note that sold data is currently only accessible for select real estate boards that have decided to release this information. 

 

For agents who are members of boards who are not included in the list below, please consult with your respective boards regarding when sold data will be made available to you. We will update this article as new boards allow access to their sold data. Please bookmark this article for your reference.


Below are steps on how to receive access to sold data / sold listings for members of the following real estate boards:


REBGV

1 - Submit a Request to your Board:

  • For REBGV agents, please go to this website.
  • A. Fill out the form that you find on the web page linked above.
  • B. Submit the form to your board.

2 - Wait for an email

  • After submitting the form, please wait for an email from your board.
  • This email will contain documents and instructions for you to complete.

3 - Complete the Board's Requirements

  • Complete/Sign the documents that you will receive from the Board via email.
  • Send back the completed documents to your Board.

What Happens Next?

  • After you send back the documents to your Board, please allow time for the board to process your submission.
  • Once processed, the board will contact myRealPage to inform us that your request for the new version of VOW that includes sold data has been completed.
  • myRealPage will then be allowed to turn on the new VOW with solds for your real estate website.

 


FVREB

1 - Submit a Request to your Board:

  • For FVREB agents, please go to this website.
  • A. Fill out the form that you find on the web page linked above.
  • B. Submit the form to your board.

  • After submitting the form, please wait for an email from your board.

TRREB

1 - Request Access via Email

  • NOTE: If you have already previously completed and signed a VOW agreement, you no longer have to go through these steps. Sold listings access is automatically turned on for your site.
  • For all agents who are members of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB, formerly TREB), you and/or your Broker of Record will need to directly contact your board to request for access to sold listings.
  • Submit your request by sending an email to dataagreements@trebnet.com.

What Happens Next?

  • After you have contacted your Board, please allow time for the board to process your request.
  • Once processed, the board will contact myRealPage to inform us that your request for the new version of VOW that includes sold data has been completed.
  • myRealPage will then be allowed to turn on the new VOW with solds for your real estate website.
