How Do I Print My Invoices

This article will guide you on accessing your invoice in the Private Office to print.

Login to myRealPage:

1 - Click on "Billing" in the left hand column:


2 - Click on "View Statement" under HISTORY in the left hand column:

3 - Select An Invoice:

  • A. Print/Email Statement: Print or Email the main list of invoices.
  • B. Filter Invoices: You will be presented with a list of invoices within a specific time period.
  • C. Select an Invoice: Click on one of the invoices you wish to print out.

4 - Filtering Invoices by date:

  • A. Start Date: Enter your start date (in the YYYY-MM-DD format)
  • B. End Date: Enter your end date (in the YYYY-MM-DD format)
  • C. Generate Statement: Click on the Generate Statement button to generate a list of invoices between the dates selected.

5 - Print an Individual Invoice:

  • To print your selected invoice, click on the Print Statement link on the upper right of the Statement area. This will open a new window/tab and your computer's Printer dialogue.
