This article explains how to request a new password to login to myRealPage
When you first sign-up for a myRealPage website, you will be able to select your username and password to your myRealPage account from the start. However, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these instructions:
1 - From the login screen, click on Forgot Your Password:
- You can also click this link: https://private-office.myrealpage.com/passwordreset
2 - In the Password Reset window, enter your email address to be sent a temporary password:
- Your e-mail address is the one used when you originally signed up for myRealPage. If you forgot your e-mail address associated to your account, click on the text below the button that says "Forgot email? Contact us!". You can also do so by clicking here.
- Visit https://private-office.myrealpage.com/wps/rest/auth/private-office?ref=myrealpage to access the login page. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up). Enter your TEMPORARY password that you received via the previous step.
4 - On the dashboard, after logging in, click on "Account Settings" or "My Account":
- Navigate to the left hand sidebar of the dashboard to select "Account Settings" or click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner and select "My Account".
5- Underneath "Change Password", you will be able to update the password to your liking:
- A: Current Password: Paste in the temporary password that you received in the e-mail.
- B: New Password: Type in your new password here.
- C: Confirm New Password: Type in your password again.
- D: Change Password: Click on the button to save your changes.
