How Do I Create An Open House Predefined Search?

This article will guide you on creating a predefined area search for open houses.

Login to myRealPage:

1 - Navigate to "Listings" tab:

  • Click on "Listings" to manage your listings.

2 - Click on "Predefined Searches" on the left sidebar:

3 - Click on "+ NEW SEARCH" in the bottom right corner:

4 - Click on the "Select Field" dropdown under GENERAL CONDITIONS:

5 - Select "Listing Area" from the list of options:

6 - Select the specific date for open houses you wish to search:

7 - Click on "+ Add Condition" to further fine tun your search criteria:

  • A. Continue: Click "CONTINUE" once you are ready to save your search

8 - Finish up you search details under "Search Settings":

  • A. Search Name: Publicly visible search name to be displayed as the search title.
  • B. Introduction: This text section will be displayed below the search name on your page.
  • C. Search Notes: This could be helpful private notes for your search.
  • D. Save: Once you are done, click "SAVE" to save your new search.
