This article will break down the process step by step on how to use the multi-page feature sheets for your listings.

1 - Navigate to "Marketing" tab:
- Click on "Marketing" to manage your website.
2 - Click on "Start A Design" on the left hand side toolbar:
3 - Click on "Start " underneath the option of "LISTINGS : Feature Sheet" located underneath "Market In Print" at the top of the page:
4 - Pick Your Design:
- A. Template Library: Choose from one of the feature sheets available in our template library. Hover over a feature sheet to see a preview of its second page before selecting the one you would like to use.
- B. Your Templates: If you've already saved a template or have a custom-designed one, you will find it under "Your Templates."
- C. Your Designs: This section showcases any designs you've saved in the past but not as templates. You can select these designs as well to use in your feature sheet.
5 - Pick a listing from the available listings:
6 - Review your listing design:
- A. Review Your Listing Information: Make tweaks and changes if needed for your feature sheet design. You can swap out photos as shown in the next step or tweak your listing description, which is automatically pulled from your listing data.
- B. Select Your 2nd Page: Select and modify the second page of your feature sheet from here.
7 - Modifying your feature sheet images:
- A. Pick Your Image: After you click on top of the image you want to change, you can then select from your database of listing images.
- B. Listing Photos: Easily swap out your listing photos as shown below. These photos are automatically pulled from the listing, so you don't need to manually download and upload them.
- C. Modify Listing Description: Modify the listing description by selecting the text area and updating the text in the box on the right side.
8 - Export Your Design :
- A. Print to PDF: Choose this option to print your feature sheet design.
- B. Choose Home Printer: If you have a printer at home, you can choose this option and the design will be printed on a 8.5'" x 11" letter size paper, but how close to the edges of the paper the graphic is printed is dependent on the capabilities of your printer.
- C. Choose Pro Printer: Choose this option if you are going to take your design to a print shop. You can generate the crop marks and then send this file to your print shop and they will be able to help you create the design with edge-to-edge printing.
