How Do I Add My Address To My VOW Emails?


Please make sure you add your address to all three sections: the Signup Confirmation Email, the Welcome and info email, and the Listing email alerts.

1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.

2 - From The Dashboard:

  • A. Click on the Listings Tab.
  • B. Click on the Manage Listings and IDX button.

3 - Look to the lefthand side bar for your VOW options:

After this point, you have the following options:

  • A. VOW Preferences And Branding 
  • B. Customize VOW Emails
  • C. VOW Terms and Privacy Policy
  • D. VOW User Statistics

 

Click on Customize VOW Emails.

4 - The Confirmation Email:

  • A. Click on the Signup Confirmation Email tab.
  • B. Select the option Use my custom text.
  • C. Add your address to the appropriate section in the body of your email.
  • D. Once you're done, click on the Save button.

5 - The Welcome and Info Email:

  • A. Click on the Welcome and Info Email tab.
  • B. Select the option Use my custom text.
  • C. Add your address to the appropriate section in the body of your email.
  • D. Once you're done, click on the Save button.

6 - The Listing Email Alerts:

  • A. Click on the Listing Email Alerts tab.
  • B. Select the option Use my custom text.
  • C. Add your address to the appropriate section in the body of your email.
  • D. Once you're done, click on the Save button.
