How do I add Docs & Links info in a Listing?

This article will guide you on adding documents or links info for a listing.

Login to myRealPage:

1 - Navigate to "Listings" tab:

  • Click on "Listings" to manage your listings.

2 - Click on "Listings" in the left hand column:

3 - Click on the listing you wish to add a document/link to:

4 - To add a document, click on the "DOCUMENTS" tab in the left hand column:

5 - Click on the "UPLOAD" button to add your document:

6 - Select the document(s) you wish to upload, and click "Open" in the bottom right corner:

7 - Click on "EDIT" to customize the name of the caption for your document:

8 - Update the name for your document, and click "APPLY":

9 - To add a document, click on the "LINKS" tab in the left hand column:

10 - Click on "+ ADD LINK" to add a new link:

11 - Add the information for the link:

  • A. Caption: Add a caption which will show up as a clickable link on your listing.
  • B. Link URL: Add the URL for your link.
  • C. Apply: Once you are ready, click apply to add link to your listing.

12 - Click on "SAVE" in the bottom right corner to save your listing, along with your new changes:
