      How Do I Add A Live Chat Client?

      This article will guide you through the process of adding a live chat embed code to your website.

      This example we will show you how to add the ZOPIM chat client to your myRealPage website. It is generally the same for most other chat clients as well.

      1 - Log in to Zopim:

      • A. Click the Widget tab
      • B. Locate and copy the embed code (On a mac, copy is CMD+C, and on a PC it is CRTL+C on your keyboard)

      2 - Login to myRealPage:

      3 - Navigate to "Websites" tab:

      • Click on "Websites" to manage your website.

      4 - Click on "Site Settings" in the left hand column:

      5 - Click on "ADVANCED" in the left hand column:

      6 - Locate the "CUSTOM </BODY> CONTENT" section, and click the "EDIT" button:

      7 - Paste your Embed Code in the text editor:

      8 - Click "OK" in the bottom right corner:

      9 - Click on "SAVE ADVANCED" in the top right corner to save your changes:
