Email Marketing Mail Usage & Quota Limits Explained

Your myRealPage account includes 1,000 free emails per billing cycle. This is one shared allowance for both your monthly newsletter and Mailings, which you use to send one-off emails.

Emails sent through either section count toward the same 1,000-email allowance. When your billing cycle resets, your free allowance resets to 1,000 emails.

After you’ve used the free allowance, additional emails cost $0.01 each. For example, if you send 800 newsletter emails and 450 one-off emails through Mailings in one billing cycle, you’ve sent 1,250 emails in total. The 250 emails above your free allowance cost $2.50.

Check your usage

The Current Email Usage section in Marketing section of your "Monthly Newsletter" shows how many of your 1,000 free emails you’ve sent and how many remain. Check it before sending a newsletter or mailing to see whether the send may go beyond your free allowance.
