Adding Google Analytics to your website

To use Google Analytics, you must have a Google Account and logged in to it. Otherwise, click here to sign up.

1 - Create your Google Analytics account:

2 - On the next screen, accept the terms.

  • A. Tick off the checkbox that reads "I also accept the Data Processing Terms as required by GDPR"
  • B. Click on "I Accept".

3 - After accepting the terms, in the next screen:

A. Choose "Web" as your platform.

  • B. In the next window, type your website URL.
  • C. Type your business name.
  • D. Click "Create Stream".

4 - In the "Installation Instruction" pop up screen:

  • A. Select "Install Manually".
  • B. Copy the code provided.

5 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).

6 - From the Dashboard:

  • A. Click the Website tab.
  • B. Click All Web Pages.

7 - In The Left Sidebar:

  • Look to the left sidebar of your screen, scroll down, and locate the Settings section.
  • A. Click on Advanced Settings.

8 - On The Advanced Settings Page:

  • A. Paste your code in the space provided that's labeled Custom content in the <head> section.
  • B. Click Save.
